The first two books in The Dragon Archives, Bound by a Dragon and Loved by a Dragon are now available in audiobook format, while Dance with a Dragon and Forever a Dragon will be coming in 2018.

Moondance was released as an audiobook in December 2017. Here are some thoughts from the narrator about producing the book:

I loved narrating Moondance for Linda Hopkins! This is such a well-written book, with natural and believable dialogue, that it was easy for me to give voice to Linda’s words.

Narrating a book is just like acting in a play – you have to BE the story and tell it from the heart. My narrating process first involves reading the manuscript and creating all the characters’ voices, so that each character’s voice is distinctive and recognizable when you listen to the audiobook. With Moondance, I had the great pleasure of doing something I don’t usually get to do: speak in my own native Canadian accent! Each character gets his or her own special voice, and I loved talking in Lee’s voice the most, he is such a sexy character with his emotions just under the surface. 

It was especially fun to narrate a book where I know the exact locale. In fact, the setting for Moondance is literally right next door to where I live, about an hour west of Calgary, Alberta. Readers, and listeners, will be delighted to know that Linda got every detail about Calgary, the forests and rivers of Kananaskis Country and the Rocky Mountains absolutely spot-on! Even as I recorded in my studio, I could envision the environment and setting with such clarity that it made the story of Moondance completely real for me.
